Below are answers to common questions you may have.

How do I return my supplies?
Obtain an RMA #, either by phone or by email, and return the package with the RMA # on the outside of the box.

How long before Medicare is credited the balance?
Med-Care Pharmacy will refund Medicare within 2 - 3 weeks from the delivery of supplies, however, it may take serveral weeks before meidcare updates their system. It may take several months before the credit shows on EOB.

What is the fastest way to resolve my issues?
Call Med-Care directly. Do not contact 1-800-MEDICARE as this will not resolve your issue and may delay the resolution.
